Yes, creating an account and Transaction is completely free. SafeTradeGG only charges a 5% platform fee (including transaction charges & GST) on the seller side when a trade is successfully completed (₹400 minimum deal value).

We currently support Valorant, League of Legends, CS2, GTA 5, BGMI, Fortnite, Free Fire, Apex Legends, PUBG, Dota 2, Genshin Impact, and more. New digital assets are added regularly — contact us to request yours.

We accept payments securely through Razorpay, supporting UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

The seller receives their payout within 24 hours after the buyer confirms the account access. Funds are held securely in escrow until both parties confirm the trade.

No. SafeTradeGG does not add any fees for deposits or withdrawals. Only the 5% platform fee (including transaction charges & GST) on successful trade completion applies.

The buyer can open a dispute within 24 hours of receiving credentials. Our admin team reviews the evidence (video proof, screenshots) and makes a fair determination within 48 hours.

If a dispute is raised and ruled in the buyer's favour, a full refund is processed. If a trade is cancelled before payment, no charges apply. Completed and confirmed trades are generally non-refundable.

Most disputes are resolved within 24–48 hours. Complex cases may take up to 5 business days. Both parties are kept informed throughout the process.

All digital asset usernames and passwords are encrypted with AES-256 at the moment the seller enters them. Not even SafeTradeGG staff can read the credentials before the official one-time release to the buyer.

No. Once credentials are submitted and locked into the transaction, they are frozen. Any attempt to change the account password after submission is flagged and grounds for an immediate ban.

Enter your phone number or email, and we send a one-time 6-digit code. No password is ever required. This prevents credential theft — there is nothing for hackers to steal from our database.

Check your spam folder for email OTPs. For SMS OTPs, ensure your number is correct and has network coverage. You can request a new OTP after 60 seconds. Contact support if issues persist.

Yes. We use Google's official OAuth2 protocol. We never receive your Google password — only a secure token. You can revoke access from your Google account security settings at any time.
